A space to come back to yourself.
SOMA Wellness creates intentional spaces and experiences that invite people to pause, reconnect, and make room for what matters...including themselves.
About SOMA Wellness
SOMA Wellness is a place for intentional pause. In a world that often demands more of our time, energy, and attention, we offer a different invitation: to slow down and create room for what truly matters to you. Whether through shared experiences, individual reflection, or community gatherings, every offering is grounded in a commitment to presence and purposeful living. We serve individuals who are seeking to reconnect with their sense of self and the community around them.
What does SOMA mean?
SOMA means: Slow down. Observe. Make room. Align.
For us, SOMA represents coming back into connection with yourself...slowing down enough to notice what is happening within and around you, observing your experiences without immediately rushing past them, making room for what you need, feel, value, and want, and aligning your choices with how you want to move through your life. It is not about having everything figured out. It is about creating enough room to hear yourself, recognize what matters, and move forward with greater intention and alignment.
You do not have to become someone new here. Sometimes the work is coming back to yourself.

The SOMA Approach
How we bring the philosophy into practice:
RESTORE
Create room to breathe, settle, and reconnect with yourself.
ALIGN
Notice what feels true, meaningful, and necessary in this season of your life.
MOVE
Take intentional steps rather than simply reacting to what comes next.
FORWARD
Carry what serves you while making room to release what no longer does.

Meet MÃe
MÃe is the founder of SOMA Wellness and a Georgia Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Her professional background has shaped her appreciation for connection, reflection, intentionality, and creating spaces where people can slow down enough to hear themselves.
SOMA Wellness grew from a belief that meaningful growth does not always require pushing harder. Sometimes it begins with having enough space to pause, notice what we are carrying, reconnect with what matters, and intentionally choose what comes next.
Through SOMA, Mie brings that philosophy beyond the therapy room and into restorative, educational, and community-centered wellness experiences designed to support reflection, connection, and intentional living.
More than one kind of experience.
SOMA Wellness offerings may take different forms, but they share the same foundation: intentional design, meaningful reflection, genuine connection, and space to be present.
Restorative Experiences
Opportunities to slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Intentional Growth

Meaningful Connection

Wellness in Practice
Practical opportunities to bring greater awareness, care, and intention into everyday life.
A Note About Our Experiences
SOMA Wellness workshops, community gatherings, and wellness experiences are non-clinical offerings and are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment unless an offering is specifically identified as a clinical service.
