Nature of the Workshop

SOMA Wellness workshops and experiences are personal-growth and wellness experiences designed to support self-awareness, reflection, connection, and intentional decision-making. Specific themes, activities, and experience details may vary by offering.

SOMA Wellness experiences are non-clinical and are not psychotherapy, counseling, group therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental or physical healthcare.

Payment & Reservation Terms

Pricing, reservation options, deposits, payment plans, registration deadlines, and available discounts vary by SOMA Wellness experience and will be displayed on the applicable experience or registration page.

When a reservation or partial-payment option is offered, the required initial payment must be successfully received to hold the participant’s space. Any remaining balance must be paid by the published balance deadline for that experience.

If a required balance is not received by the published deadline, SOMA Wellness may release the reservation and make the space available to another participant.

Multi-participant, Bring-a-Friend, promotional, or bundled pricing is available only when specifically offered and is subject to the terms displayed for that experience.

Registration may close before the published deadline if an experience reaches capacity.

Specific pricing, payment options, registration deadlines, eligibility requirements, inclusions, and other experience-specific terms will be provided on the applicable SOMA Wellness experience or registration page. Where experience-specific information differs from these general terms, the published terms for that experience will apply.

Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Workshops & Experiences

Because SOMA Wellness experiences are intentionally curated and may have limited capacity, each paid reservation may hold a space that would otherwise be unavailable to another participant.

Refunds: Payments are eligible for a refund only when cancellation is requested within 48 calendar hours of the original payment. After the 48-hour period, all payments are nonrefundable.

Transfers: After the 48-hour refund period, a paid reservation may be transferred to another person for the same workshop, provided SOMA Wellness is notified before the event.

Future Workshop Credit: If you are unable to attend and do not transfer your seat to another participant, amounts already paid may be applied dollar-for-dollar toward a future SOMA Wellness workshop, provided notice is given before the event. Any promotional, discounted, bundled, or special pricing associated with the original registration does not automatically transfer to a future experience. If the future workshop costs more, the participant is responsible for the remaining difference.

No-Shows: Participants who do not attend and do not contact SOMA Wellness before the workshop will forfeit payments made. No-show payments are nonrefundable and will not automatically transfer to a future event. Exceptions may be considered at SOMA Wellness’s discretion in unusual circumstances.

SOMA Wellness Cancellation or Rescheduling: If SOMA Wellness cancels the workshop, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future workshop. If the workshop is rescheduled and a participant cannot attend the new date, the participant may choose a refund or future-workshop credit.

Participation Expectations

SOMA Wellness offerings may include interactive, reflective, experiential, or discussion-based elements. Participants are encouraged to participate at the level that feels appropriate for them; however, no participant is required to disclose personal information beyond what they voluntarily choose to share.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy, experiences, identities, and boundaries of other attendees.

SOMA Wellness reserves the right to address disruptive, threatening, harassing, or substantially inappropriate behavior that interferes with the safety or experience of the group.

Privacy & Confidentiality Between Participants

SOMA Wellness will encourage participants to respect the privacy of information shared during the workshop. However, because SOMA Wellness experiences are non-clinical wellness experiences rather than psychotherapy or group therapy, SOMA Wellness cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality after the event.

Participant Photography & Recording

To protect the privacy of attendees and the integrity of the workshop or experience activities, participants may not photograph, audio-record, or video-record other participants, workshop activities, materials, or facilitated portions of the event without prior permission from SOMA Wellness and any individuals involved.

Participants are welcome to photograph their own personal materials or take-home items unless otherwise indicated.

SOMA Wellness Materials & Intellectual Property

All original SOMA Wellness materials, activities, written content, journals, workbooks, exercises, graphics, frameworks, and other proprietary content provided through SOMA Wellness experiences remain the intellectual property of SOMA Wellness unless otherwise stated.

Materials are provided for the participant’s personal use.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, upload, commercially use, or create derivative workshop programming from SOMA Wellness materials without prior written permission.

SOMA Rewards

SOMA Wellness offers a loyalty program that allows eligible members to earn SOMA Points through qualifying activities and redeem those points for available rewards.

Participation in SOMA Rewards is governed by separate program terms, including requirements related to earning and redeeming points, verification, account use, eligible rewards, and program changes.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By registering for, purchasing, participating in, or otherwise using an applicable SOMA Wellness experience or service, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable SOMA Wellness Terms & Conditions and any experience-specific policies presented at registration or purchase.
