A restorative, interactive workshop designed for women to slow down and move forward with clarity. This immersive experience includes guided reflection, experiential activities, and meaningful conversation in a warm, sophisticated environment. Presented by Soma Wellness. Includes lunch and workshop materials. Dietary preferences or restrictions can be shared after registration.

Cancellation Policy
Registration & Payment: A reservation payment secures your seat and is applied toward the total workshop investment. The reservation/deposit option is available only for a limited early-registration period. After that period ends, any new registration requires payment in full. Any remaining balance on an existing reservation is due no later than 11:55 PM on the published registration deadline for that workshop. Registration closes at 11:55 PM on the stated registration date or when all available seats have been filled, whichever occurs first. Unpaid or incomplete reservations may be released. If SOMA Wellness is contacted before the registration deadline and a request is made, payments already made may instead be held and applied toward the next eligible SOMA Wellness workshop. Payments transferred in this manner are not eligible for refund. Refunds & Cancellations: Payments may be refunded within 48 calendar hours of the original payment. After that period, payments are nonrefundable. Transfers & Future Credit: If you are unable to attend, your paid registration may be transferred to another person for the same workshop when SOMA Wellness is notified before the event. With advance notice, eligible payments may alternatively be applied as a dollar-for-dollar credit toward a future SOMA Wellness workshop. Promotional or discounted pricing does not transfer to a future event. No-Shows: Participants who do not attend and have not contacted SOMA Wellness in advance forfeit payments made. If SOMA Wellness Cancels or Reschedules: If SOMA Wellness cancels the workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their payment to a future workshop. If the workshop is rescheduled and the new date does not work for you, you may choose a refund or future-workshop credit. Limited Seating: Registration is available only while seats remain. If a workshop reaches capacity, additional interested participants may be placed on a waitlist for a future workshop. From Overwhelmed to Intentional is a non-clinical wellness experience and is not psychotherapy, counseling, or group therapy.
