SOMA Rewards Terms & Conditions

- SOMA Rewards is a loyalty program offered by SOMA Wellness that allows eligible members to earn SOMA Points through qualifying activities and redeem those points for eligible rewards.
Participation in SOMA Rewards constitutes acceptance of these SOMA Rewards Terms & Conditions, along with any additional eligibility requirements, reward details, or program information displayed on the SOMA Wellness website or within the member rewards area.
 - Eligibility and Membership
Participation in SOMA Rewards requires an eligible SOMA Wellness account.
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and using the email address associated with their SOMA Wellness account when participating in the program.
SOMA Rewards membership, SOMA Points, and rewards are intended for individual use unless SOMA Wellness specifically states otherwise.
Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of earning additional points, rewards, discounts, or other program benefits are not permitted.
 - Earning SOMA Points
SOMA Points may be earned through qualifying activities designated by SOMA Wellness.
Earning opportunities may include, but are not limited to:
• Creating or maintaining an eligible SOMA Wellness account
• Booking or purchasing eligible SOMA Wellness experiences
• Attending qualifying paid workshops or experiences
• Completing verified post-experience feedback
• Making qualifying purchases
• Birthday or community participation rewards
• Special promotional or engagement opportunities offered by SOMA Wellness
Current earning opportunities and applicable point amounts are displayed within the SOMA Rewards program and may change as the program evolves.
Unless otherwise stated, a qualifying activity may earn SOMA Points only once per eligible occurrence.
 - Workshop and Experience Attendance
Where SOMA Points are awarded for attendance, points are earned based on actual attendance or verified check-in, not simply booking or purchasing a registration.
Cancelled registrations, refunded registrations, no-shows, or experiences that were not attended do not qualify for attendance-based points unless SOMA Wellness specifically states otherwise.
Complimentary, gifted, staff, volunteer, promotional, or otherwise unpaid attendance may be excluded from attendance rewards unless specifically designated as eligible by SOMA Wellness.
 - Feedback Points and Verification
SOMA Wellness may offer SOMA Points for completing eligible post-experience feedback.
Feedback-related points may require verification before being awarded.
Verification may include:
• Confirming participation in the applicable workshop or experience
• Confirming completion of the applicable feedback process
• Providing a valid journal or workshop verification code
• Matching the submitted code to the applicable SOMA experience
• Confirming that the verification code has not previously been used to claim feedback points
Unique journal or workshop codes may be limited to one eligible points claim per code.
SOMA Wellness may use automated or manual verification processes. Submission of a feedback-points request does not guarantee that points will be awarded. Feedback submitted through the general Share Your Experience form does not automatically qualify for SOMA Points. To request feedback-related points, members must complete the designated Claim Feedback Points form through My SOMA Rewards.
Requests that cannot be automatically verified may be reviewed manually by SOMA Wellness. - Redeeming SOMA Points
SOMA Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards made available through the SOMA Rewards program.
Rewards may include percentage discounts, purchase or service discounts, discounted workshop registrations, complimentary workshop registrations, or other benefits designated by SOMA Wellness.
Current reward options, point requirements, discount amounts, and eligibility requirements are displayed on the SOMA Rewards and/or My SOMA Rewards pages.
Reward availability and point requirements may change as the program evolves.
Workshop-related rewards may be limited to eligible regular-price individual registrations.
Bring-a-Friend registrations, bundled registrations, retreats, collaborations, private experiences, special events, promotional registrations, already-discounted offerings, or other designated experiences may be excluded.
 - Using Rewards and Discounts
SOMA Rewards, coupons, promotional offers, referral rewards, special pricing, discounts, and other offers may not be layered or stacked unless SOMA Wellness specifically states otherwise.
When more than one eligible offer is available, the member may choose which eligible reward or offer they would like to use.
Rewards apply only to eligible purchases and may not be retroactively applied to completed purchases unless specifically authorized by SOMA Wellness.
Some rewards may be redeemed directly through the My SOMA Rewards area or applied during checkout where supported by the SOMA Wellness website.
 - Points and Rewards Have No Cash Value
SOMA Points and SOMA Rewards are promotional loyalty benefits only.
SOMA Points:
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
• Cannot be sold
• Cannot be transferred between members unless SOMA Wellness specifically provides a transfer feature
• Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless specifically authorized
Rewards obtained through SOMA Rewards are also non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
 - Cancellations, Refunds, and Point Adjustments
SOMA Wellness reserves the right to adjust, deduct, withhold, or reverse SOMA Points associated with a transaction, booking, attendance record, or other qualifying activity that is later:
• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Reversed
• Determined to be ineligible
• Awarded in error
Points may also be corrected when a technical or administrative error affects a member’s balance.
 - Duplicate, Invalid, or Improper Claims
SOMA Wellness reserves the right to deny, reverse, or review points where:
• A verification code has already been used
• A code does not match the applicable workshop or experience
• Information submitted for verification is inaccurate
• Points were duplicated or awarded in error
• A member attempts to obtain multiple rewards for the same qualifying activity when only one reward is permitted
SOMA Wellness may request reasonable additional information when necessary to verify eligibility.
 - Misuse of SOMA Rewards
SOMA Wellness may restrict, suspend, or terminate participation in SOMA Rewards when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the rewards program, misuse of verification codes, creation of duplicate accounts for additional benefits, or other conduct inconsistent with the intended purpose of the program.
Points or rewards obtained through improper use of the program may be cancelled or reversed.
 - Program Changes
SOMA Wellness may modify SOMA Rewards as the program grows and evolves.
Changes may include:
• Ways SOMA Points are earned
• Point values
• Reward levels
• Reward requirements
• Eligible purchases, services, workshops, or experiences
• Verification procedures
• Promotional opportunities
• Program features or functionality
Current program information will be displayed within the SOMA Wellness website and/or member rewards area.
Material program changes may also be communicated through the website, member account, email, or another appropriate method.
SOMA Wellness reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the SOMA Rewards program when reasonably necessary. If the program is discontinued, applicable information regarding outstanding points or rewards will be communicated to members.
13. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in SOMA Rewards constitutes acceptance of these SOMA Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
